What is the best site to find cheap airfare?

I’ve honestly been searching all day… The lowest I’ve found from Portland, OR is around 550 and from San Francisco is 430. That is low, I know, but does anyone know of a place I can get lower prices?? I’ve tried all of the sites I can think of…
