I haven’t seen my sister in 2 years and it has been longer since I have seen my nieces. I really want to fly out there, but the tickets are so expensive compared to when I checked last week. I am looking to fly out of Providence, Rhode Island into Valdosta, Georgia either the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th weekend in October arriving Friday and leaving Sunday. Also, I am bringing my 8 year old son with me. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Please don’t just give me a website, share your experiences with me. Thanks

My friend and I are planing trip to Nicaragua during spring break. We’re kinda short on money right now but I know the prices are going to raise quickly and I want to get the purchases taken care of now. I’ve honestly been searching all day… The lowest I’ve found from Portland, OR is around 550 and from San Francisco is 430. That is low, I know, but does anyone know of a place I can get lower prices?? I’ve tried all of the sites I can think of…
Thanks!!

I am traveling with my 5-month-old daughter down to Florida for Thanksgiving, because my grandmother is not doing well. She has cancer and the chemo is not helping…we think that she’s nearing the end. So I want to go down there soon and Thanksgiving is when everyone in the family gets together…but travel right now is so expensive. (I live in NH.) I’ve gone to bestfares.com, orbitz.com, travelocity.com, and most of the major airlines’ websites. I was quoted a pretty cheap airfare on bestfares, but I don’t know if I can get that rate when I call the airline that it’s offered thru. Does anyone have more experience with this? I’m a little overwhelmed! (I’ve only flown twice before and both times, the flights were arranged by friends of ours, not me.) Any help would be appreciated. Thx.
