Should Congress Void all Tax Relief as well as Void any Fuel Tax Relief Effort as well as Airfare Subsidies?

Congress forced Union Workers in the 80 to return to work and banned truckers from striking enforce. It caps lawsuits on corp. by employees yet ceos have no earning limit - regardless of outcome. Subsidies keep mom and pop operations from competing with corp - taxation paying for this does not benefit all taxpayers - say, no flyers, drivers that not drive SUV - see the point - rather this individuals should be taxed.
